Below you will find answers to questions we are frequently asked.

User account : The user account allows you to bid on the offers of your choice. The user account does not allow you to place bids online, for this you need to create a merchant account.

 

How to credit my user account: We operate on a cash advance system. To credit your account, make the request in the "deposits" section of your user account. A contract will then be sent to you and once signed we will credit the funds to your account.

 

Do you need more information on an offer? Ask the seller directly before bidding. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.


Transaction fees: the posting of auction offers is free of charge. Our transaction fee is 2% and our administration fee is 50.00euros. These fees are not negotiable.


Transport and delivery: We offer a home delivery service from 390.00euros, for a personalized quote please ask our advisors. We will forward the request to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours after receiving your payment. The transport time depends on the loading location and the delivery address (we will inform you in advance). If you wish, you can transport the vehicle yourself. For non-wheeled vehicles, please make sure you have the tools to unload the vehicle beforehand.


Merchant account: This account allows you to post your bids on the auctions but it does not allow you to bid on other sellers' bids, for this please create a user account. For each successful sale your account is credited at the end of the auction.

 

How can I be sure that I will receive the vehicle? For everyone's security, we ask for payment of the winning bids after verification and invoicing. Delivery is not included in the price. If you wish, you can have us transport the vehicle.


Contracts and Sales Documents: Users and merchants are bound to us by contracts for all transactions to ensure the security of our platform. We ensure the verification and proper management of sales documents.


Privacy and security: All transactional interactions are private. All bids you make are visible only to you and the merchants involved. To be on the safe side, take the time to gather all the information before you decide. If you have any questions, our advisors are at your disposal.


Complaints: If you encounter any difficulties with a vehicle you have received, a user or a dealer, please inform us. If you detect important defects upon receipt of the vehicle that were not mentioned in the sales sheet, except for wear parts and plastic of all kinds (see general conditions or ask our advisors), please inform us of your complaint within 48 hours after delivery or immediately if you transport the vehicle yourself.
